If you buy the house at a fair investor price, rehab, and sell it for a profit they will always accuse you of scamming them and look at you as someone who is profiting due to a family members passing.

If it is our job to make the world a better place for people to live, because of poor economies, unruly governments etc. why is there not a war waged in Darfur...where babies are being used for target practice, and very similar to situations in the middle east, the government has been accused by the U.S. of genocide, the U.N. accuses the Darfur Govt. of tampering with evidence (hiding mass graves..starting civil uprising creating a civil war.)

Can you understand and accept that without sending me home or accusing me of not believing half the stuff I say?

Even those on the LEFT accuse Fox of being Right Wing when all Fox does is report the news.We, those on the right, do not like big government.

DOn't cold call people for investing, you could very well get yourself into touble calling a do not call list person or worse, be accused of making public offerings by telephone (or mail) and run afoul of the SEC!
