Was this Casa del mar or the Victorian?

Stadium district is my favorite  right now  (victorian mansions anybody?)  

I've renovated a dozen or so Victorians and I'm sure people have died in them, but it's one thing to just assume and it's another to be made aware of the details.

I actually looked at moving about five blocks from Shand's in Springfield area off of Main Street it is has so many beautiful restored Victorian homes.

As a side note, if you haven’t purchased yet, I recommend avoiding the old Victorian houses.

Speaking from experience (as I live in a 120 year old victorian house), your heating bills are going to be large no matter what.

There are lots of landlords here who own old building stock (Queen Anne, Second Empire, Victorian, etc) which predate insulation.  

My market is made up of; converted Victorian multi-families, New, high-end rentals with gyms, pools and lounge areas, and standard, above business apartments.

I would think the conditions make for a great flip market.Another area that I am interested in that has seen large growth, but not sparked the conversation that Midtown has is over off of Victorian by the Nugget. 

The nicest neighborhoods to live in close to downtown are definitely: Short North (consisting of Victorian Village, Italian Village, and Harrison West), German Village, Bexley, and Grandview.
