I'm gradually weaning myself off TV and hope for a no TV house in the future.

He has a seminar called "Winning The Property Wars" and it seems to relate to his TV show on the Discovery Channel that involves real estate auctions.

We got him his shots, took him in, nourished him back to health for a few weeks and were able to get him a puppy adoption spot on a local TV program ("Good Day, Atlanta"), which found him a good home.

It reminds me of the TV show Shark Tank.

On TV they just mentioned that home sales are down since November.

@Martin Zawarski you welcome, me too, I subscribed to 3 podcasts in the last hour LOL.I watch less than 4 hours of TV &/or Netflix weekly, so I'm always listening to audiobooks or podcasts.

Twenty, you've seen the TV shows - there are plusses and minuses in every property.

There is nothing a college kid will tke care of better there than TV, and it's been the best $1k we have spent in pre-lease improvements.Josh
