The most sick example I came across was in Marin- no joke, and completely by chance I met a couple, who own a subway shop next to Costco.

It depends on where you live .If you live in Detroit and can get the locals deals then that is probably a great deal long term150k of capital is just a start.. you could also buy 2 subway sandhich shops work those they would make you 100k a year net  and after they are paid or double that.. better than any RE with less risk  and I don't work for subway

I have friends that knock it dead with subway sandwhich shops .. and one with a bunch of papa murphys take an bake... 100k will buy you a store and will make you at least 50k net a year..
