in my experience, the best way to build a buyer's list is to actually have deals. over the last few years, investors have been getting spammed with crap deals.

For peter I saw the pricing for godaddy domain and it was like $10 I think and same for the email, I will make sure to update to a private account because I do not want to be spammed :) I also found another company called gotvmail and it looks awesome, whoever hasn't heard of it check it out
