You will not retire or grow rich off cash flow, it will be the appreciation and eventually the loan payoff.

My whole life so far have been to climb the ladder and invest in retirement but I recently read Rich Dad Poor Dad and Be Obsessed or Be Average and it has completely changed my mindset on money, wealth, and life in general. 

Hi David,It's often said - cash flow is what makes you rich but equity is what makes you wealthy.

The filthy rich do that in remote areas and go through a company that is very experienced in doing that because it is also one of the most audited things by the IRS.
