I have been attending REIA meetings in my area and "yes" ran into a couple of sharks who tried to sell me a $997 hold my hand and walk me through each deal and take 50% of each deal for three deals.I thank you so much for all of the information I have found here for free!

The first thing I would do is take a razor blade and clean up the glass and make all those lines straight and scrape the loose paint and repaint.

If you have wood frame windows, generally you can easily clean the dry latex from the glass with a 3" razor knife or just a 'raw' utility blade held at 15 degrees or so from the glass.I recently switched from the Titan gun to a Graco and it seems to work a little better.
