Christian Carson Ugly bathroom tile in rental - need opinion

If it was in poor shape and leaking then ok.I have a rental where the bathroom tile was painted over white from black and gold and it looks great now, however this was not in the wet shower area where looks like yours is so I am not sure of the product you would use to paint over it and how well it would hold up to being pounded with water daily but I'd lookj into that first before ripping that out.

So, while it may sound good boasting how much some RE operator is making by buying at a price, how far they carry that claim and how it is used can boil your tail.As Will points out too, it's not impossible to get an REO that doesn't meet the market value definition and get a great deal, but even so, you can't claim any amount earned or made until you actually sell the property, then you can pound your chest and boast how much you really made without deceptions

Some of this is state-specific, and there are such things as "prescribed" easements, where it becomes one de facto because it's been there so long, but beyond that, running a utility system I can recount a number of times where this has been an issue, and the property owner dug up the connection at the property line, capped it, and told the neighbor to pound sand.
