I was curious if anyone else was seeing this trend specifically in the Denver metro area.

Also, the medical infrastructure in Cleveland is booming and large hospital systems like the Cleveland Clinic and Metro are pouring billions of dollars into this area and creating tons of great jobs.

Well, I'm only intimately familiar with the situation in the Jackson Metro area. 

I just downloaded June numbers, which typically sets the peak for our metro area and we are up 8% YoY.

However, these were done in the NYC metro area long ago which I believe is too difficult for a beginner to start in.
