So I'm thankfully not going into this completely blind.

I have been by the property a couple times and the blinds are closed but there is a light on inside.

In reality a manager may actually have alot more sway and pull than a member, if there are a bunch of blind partners.

Besides, the lender won’t necessarily be so blind.

The closer to a top, the lower people's guards are and the looser they are with their money as blind greed takes over during the stage of euphoria.

There are 4 broken or missing window blinds, a broken kitchen drawer, molding damaged by the cat, etc.....  

While driving the other day, my wife and I found three properties that look like very nice homes although the grass was waste high, no curtains/blinds, and no furniture.

It was also much more expensive than I had originally been quoted.Then I purchased blinds for the property and went down there and installed those.Then we saw that there was water damage on the window sill.
