It is fun to hear this banter from time to time because it is entertaining, but it has reached epic proportions and I honestly think it is harming our country for people to be feeding on this negativity and distrust.

And be advised there have been epic fires there this year you probably saw on the news.

Now that we've had this epic run-up in prices, the mean sentiment seems to have shifted away from that and has somewhat progressed to one where no cash flow or even negative cash flow is acceptable because your property will appreciate in value.

Oh wow...what an epic thread.  

But I won't consider cashing out of the 401(k) to fund the purchase unless it would be an absolute home run of epic proportions.

The recent collapse was epic and historic, something that happens less than even once a generation.

Brandon has also agreed to send people who purchase the book a single strand of hair from his epic beard.

Lot's of flips and lipstick right now and when the down curve happens again lot's of owners will be feeling the pain.I have lived in GA all of my life and I do not believe in some of those areas long term for investment success.Lot's of old houses in Fulton county Atlanta where they make them look pretty on the outside and interior but behind the  walls, above the ceilings, beneath the floors is an epic mess.
