I agree 15 years is not a long time but what is occurring is jurisdictions then pass laws to protect the low cost housing.  

However, just because I don't agree with it doesn't mean I am in favor of the Government being given additional power to enforce additional laws and restrictions that infringe upon our freedom.

That's already in the law and applies to floors, windows, lawn, etc.

Every one of the owners he is under contract with will tell you to run from this builder (law suits in the works).

I see you invested a serious amount of sweat equity (and real cash) into turning it into something practically new from the inside out, and it looks like it paid off in a big way.

And then if you get a squatter in a pro-tenant law city, it'll be a long process to get them out.
