Remodel the kitchen as well as add a laundry/utitlity room.

Making up your own "higher number" will obviously not wash.

Make them foot the bill and showers will be shorter and they'll wash their car elsewhere!

Very disappointed in this and I'm even contemplating making the "office" a laundry area (coined laundry).
