These are what we need from any and every borrower in order to move forward.While a lender will appreciate the professionalism of your well-organized file, the meat of the deal and, as @Jeff Greenberg stated above, your or your partner's experience with a similar asset, and your liquidity to bring to the closing table as well as 6 month mortgage reserves (which it sounds like you have) are what they really need to process your application.
