I like expired listings the best, and I like to knock on their door and not mail them anything and not talk to them on the phone.I know if you live in a rural area that’s hard, or if you’re an expensive area that have gated communities that’s hard, but most middle-class neighborhoods it’s easy to just knock on their door some Saturday afternoon, and have report ready to hand them.

i acually live near reading now, acually grew up in reading it was top ten for many of things mostly negative but as of 2 yrs or so they have built an imax theatre and right across from that a high scale apartment complex with tenatants paying upwards of 1,200 and up for a unit with gated parking and all.

With any change of the board they can start enforcing all kinds of strange rules that never applied before.Here in FL, you typically get some retiree that lives near the gate and has nothing better to due than be a pain the the butt for everyone else..
