Depending on your risk tolerance and investment goals, exploring short-term Treasury Bonds, high-yield savings accounts, or diversified alternative assets like private lending or REITs could also be worth considering.

Based on some of the research done, I am inclined towards starting out with a small multi family investment property (2-4 multi family home).

I’ve done my research with (reading books, podcasts, etc) but still feel like I’m not doing enough.

I have 23 properties in Kenosha and earlier this year purchased two duplexes in Racine.

It would be mainly rented to alumni, parents of students and people exploring the area by the University of Florida.  

We like doing the hard work of doing due diligence, researching property histories, getting estimates, negotiating contracts, etc.We're also going to be looking to buy and hold in the near future possibly by BRRRRing.
