Here is what I usually offer- 10% down - 6% Interest rate  - Amortized over 40 years interest only - 5 year balloon Elliott, if you’re paying only interest, why do you need to specify the amortization schedule?

Travis Elliott, what the seller is saying is he want's to specify the interest rate and the monthly payment.
