I've never met a DIY project I couldn't accomplish (yet).I'm not really sure where to begin, but I'm thinking about asking a more experienced flipper if they would be willing to let me shadow them on a project to learn the ropes.

Also: who else has heard of the big tech installation?

One time they requested that I install/repair a front porch/step railing within x days or they would cancel my property. 

Our installer does not like installing those on plywood.

Hello @Jonathan Klemm, we were thinking of installing LVP flooring, counter tops in kitchen and bathrooms, and maybe new paint.

Plan on installing more if you want your tenants to stick around.

Hi Tanya, You can absolutely install manufactured homes as ADU's in CA.

If it were mine, I would have the same company come out that did the install and refurbish the area back to its original condition.

I would recommend you install noise sensors so keep a tab on guests and collect CC information from every guests.
