The vanity, which i picked up from home depot, was the option i went with only because I had "tried to put myself in my potential tentant's shoes" and thought that with the small size of the bathroom and no medicine cabinet where would my tenants put their bath things and would the rental be less appealing without any real bath storage.

The pest company told me they will.not spray unless the tenant empty all dressers, throws all clothes on bed, empty cabinets with food, take almost everything off the floor, plus they kept their dog there while she was in hospital.

Kitchen Cabinets with fist sized holes, an overflowing AC drain that went unreported for lord knows how long, causing standing water & mold growth along the entire back half of the house (hence the water issue), and we found a nice pit bull puppy (no pet policy) that conveniently ate carpet + pad, chewed window casings and doors in EVERY room.
