@Ryan Avila, thanks for the feedback given your real life experience.I think that archive you shared is old however, from 2012.

I'm brand new to the BP and the BP forums and the podcasts have helped me tremendously.I have been going through archive episodes and learned a lot, specifically a show from late 2017 where Brandon challenged BP listeners to the 90 day timeline to make an RE investment.

There's a document in the zoning archive back in 1947 for the property regarding use registration and permit as a duplex.
