Property Management in Fort Worth

Hello everyone! I'm brand new to the BP and the BP forums and the podcasts have helped me tremendously. I have been going through archive episodes and learned a lot, specifically a show from late 2017 where Brandon challenged BP listeners to the 90 day timeline to make an RE investment. I took to the challenge to heart. With that said, my wife and I bought our first investment property and we're in the process of getting it up and running. We've given ourselves a 30 day window to get some light work done to the property. We are pretty good with our vendor vetting process but could use your help identifying a property management team/company to work with. I've heard plenty of horror stories about bad property management companies so I figured I'd go to the place where real investors share advice and resources. Our property is in Fort Worth, TX. Please feel free to make recommendations. Your help is greatly appreciated. -Joone N.
