If you use rent manager or many other property management softwares you can offer auto debit, credit card, e-check, and cash payments at retail locations (Walmart, ace, etc).

In fact, it seemed to be dominated by a few big players who create a large barrier to entry by bidding properties up to the point where they would only make sense for those with in-house crews and who were doing an extremely high volume of deals.I'd love to hear peoples' more recent experiences at LA, Ventura and Orange County foreclosure auctions though, as perhaps this has changed.

Up until about 2000 there were only ten and they were in alphabetical order (because that's how I remembered them) Alameda, Kern and LA,  Modoc, Monterrey, Orange, San Diego, San Mateo, Santa Clara, and Ventura

I do some of the work myself, because I enjoy it and because I know I'll do a better job than many (interior wall painting -- I'm ace at cutting in!).
