I think when people put this in context they are talking the greater CA metro areas.I have done a few loans in Tacoma one was a nightmare that I foreclosed on there is some pretty tough rental demographics there so that town has risk reward scenarios.But just look no further than Brandon Turner of BP his holdings are in coastal central Washington the Aberdeen area you can buy low end stuff there as these are old logging towns that have died...
