My issue is my 60k is all cash I’ve literally saved for 15 years of landscaping with my family, graduations, casino wins holidays, just all around extra money that doesn’t come from my actual job that I’ve had forever.

The casinos is what brings people to Las Vegas and they have hotels included.

That said the state just approved another casino.  

I go to a casino on Monday and roll the dice with no success.

Same thing happened with a “$5,000 tennis bracelet” I won at a casino.

near hard rock Hotel casino (Guitar shape hotel) , 3 main schools campuses , shopping malls, 10 mins away airport and near main highways. you can't go wrong there.. ( and we are talking about, new apt units , SF, and duplexes) I know this cos that's where I live and in the past 2 years my house has appreciated 180K in equity .. 

It's in an area of middle Georgia where the Coliseum is about to be redone, there are plans to open a mall with a casino, new luxury hotel is about to open and Tyler Perry is scheduled to film a movie in the area.

I have been the GM for two casinos in Montana for 20 years and now have the opportunity to purchase them.

The property is 4 minutes from the Hard Rock Casino, 12 minutes to Hollywood Beach, and 25 minutes to South Beach.

I've also collected rent in a bar, a casino, the entry gate of a refinery and in a restaurant.
