I would love to share my experience and what to look for in a good mentor/coach. 

When it comes to experience I have facilitated my fair share of successful projects, however the point still remains that I did not complete those deals completely independently.

I appreciate the willingness of you and everyone else to share!

Either a totally trashed out hoarder house from a whoiesaler, vacation rentals, room shares, etc. 

Please, share some tips and cite the pages and books on what was so enlightening that one cannot find for free in the forums here or on Youtube.  

If anybody has a go to list of books or podcasts they would like to share in the meantime, I'd very much appreciate that. 

Have any of you property managers out there implemented something like this, and would you be so kind to share yours with me so I can get some ideas?
