Airbnb has this judge injury thing were they can rip your booking out from under you when the guest claimed extenuating circumstances. another nice thing is I haven't really been asked to review and I haven't really received reviews on booking.com like the insane hyper-focus on Airbnb.

Keep that focus, but as you learn things will change...

You’re in a great position—just focus on finding a deal that makes financial sense!

@Greg O'Brien did I understand that you were advertising having the "all in one" umbrella with your group as well or are you more focused/consolidated in the tax prep area? 

For rentals, focus on cash flow and metrics like cap rate (target 8%-10%) or cash-on-cash return.

Then focus on meeting more people like them.
