I know tht realtors who want to build long term relationships will need to pay attention to the power of the web and social networking.I think one of the drawbacks might be the need for increased security from hackers seeing that large databases will probably be centralized.I noticed google is willing to provide info, tool, training and hosting for those wanting to develope their own projects.http://code.google.com/The internet is evolving so rapidly, with opportunities presenting themselves daily, that I'm planning on going back to school and focusing on web programing.

If you find a market that has good cash flow potential, go there and visit, build a power team (broker, property manager, escrow, appraiser you can trust, etc), and get to know the area.
