This is how I break it down:MaterialsLabor (days, workers)Permit fee, filing fee, architect feeMy margin (city is typically more because more traffic, tickets and more time consuming in general) each state/city is different because operating cost, insurance, licensing  is different.

Here's what I have tried:Bandit signs in the high traffic areas near my propertiesCraigslist ad of each property with picturesCraigslist ad to invite Cash Buyers, Rehabbers and InvestorsI've gone to the Section 8 Office and acquired the list of LandlordsI've cold called on about 100 (no exagerration) names and numbers with more to go.I'm not in panic mode just yet and if i bump my head on these then i will dust myself off and keep it moving (still have yellow letters going out) Whats my worst case scenario and any advice would be greatly appreciated.THIA
