Is Memphis still a good area for investment or has it been over worked

I'm loving it! There's a good spite in new home construction while banks are releasing more foreclosed lots for new development. We get tons of calls from potential renter clients looking for homes in all classes. I can be wrong, but as long as we continue to get the website & phone traffic I think Memphis investing is solid. Just one way of gauging the market.
