Take care of your bills and your credit will improve.Dave Ramsey's "Total Money Makeover" is a great book for starting to get your financial house in order. 

Be slightly wary of guests asking about total capacity when the inquiry is for less than total capacity.

Can I use my 1031 exchange money to invest in several other properties as long as the total amount I invest equals the net amount I exchanged?
