Does anyone have a good contact to help remodel two full bathrooms? 

We don't really need anything else, unless we want to Swing Trade Commodities like Silver and Gold with excess Cash using Support and Resistance to preserve our Dollars as they print us into the toilet.

That is why I shy away from properties that are remodeled and new.

I am not going to pick my pocket for something that is not necessary, say I don't charge much when painting sidewalks vs that of doing a city server room remodel.

The rehabbing we're doing right now has quite a few things that are in great shape  and we'd like to save for future use like toilets, heavy wood front doors, some appliances, shed full of tiles, etc.

I am handy with tools and have done some minor remodeling so we are open to a minor fixer upper.

Use your net trade-lines monthly and pay immediately.I use Quill for toilet paper and Uline for window cleaner and paper towels.

I close on the property and during the remodeling phase I find out from another investor that they used the very same plumber and found that he had missed many leaks when he had tested their property before buying.
