Sorry for the rant, but I get really tired reading the close minded negative comments and felt like saying something today.

If your main focus is monthly cash flow, you may want to reach out to landlords who are sick and tired of dealing with long term rental tenants. 

I dress like a vagrant and my car is scattered with tools, plumbing parts, str checklists, work clothes, a tarp, air tire pressure gauge(gotta fix that leak), box of  1 5/8 screws, and still my kids manage to find a place to sit.

I don't know your experience level but if you're listing on FB marketplace (great place) be prepared for the "tire kickers".

I used to listen to the podcast but got tired of the same things being said repeatedly.  

I am sick and tired of all the wrong information circulating around everywhere.

Thank goodness that office has a bathroom and place you can lay down when your are tired of working.Just sayin

People are tired of being cold and not having as much opportunity so they're leaving the northern, western and northeastern states fairly quickly.

You want the kind of place that someone has owned for awhile and is tired of it.  

I know it's kind of harsh to kick a tenant out so I could move in but I'm just tired of paying high rents.
