We'd love to spend more time with family, do more volunteer work, and establish a permaculture farm together -- and teach as many people as we can, as much as we know along the way! 

If you have only a short term view, like 5 years, that is one style.

In a nutshell, they teach you to wholesale - and their unlimited funding is a Proof of Funds letter to facilitate a double closing.  

I am bringing my 12 y/o son along with me on this REI journey, teaching him the value hard work and entrepreneurship.  

I would appreciate any one's  advice or could teach me anything and everything, I am will  to talk or meet up and exchange ideas and encouragement. 

They spoke about their training system will teach you how to invest, i think at the end of the webinar for more info you would call them back and they would review their programs which cost a couple grand  

Just look in the neighborhood and run through the similar size, bed/bath, acreage, style, etc. and then narrow that down a bit with only deals closed in the last 6 months to a year.

It has a large teaching hospital as well. 

I always had a different approach and it was a more "do it yourself because no one wants to teach you" approach.
