Some common names you'll see thrown around a lot: Stessa, Apartments.com, RentRedi, TenantCloud, Innago, RentManager, Avail, Rentec Direct, Doorloop, etc.I recommend you search for each of those apps online and see what they offer, how much they charge, etc.

Any recommendation on building a team, accounting, etc and how to do this?

@Alex Shaughnessy Unfortunately, I don't know this company, nor do I have any PMC's to recommend in that area. 

I recommend you incorporate some of these and start systemizing your portfolio as early as possible.

I would recommend contacting an agent and other investors in the area! 

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

I recommend looking into areas near economic bases - close to Nationwide Children’s Hospital, Ohio State Campus, New Albany, etc.

. - A dramatic increase in the supply of willing workers usually results in a decrease in hourly wages. - A dramatic increase in the supply of folks needing a place to live usually results in increasing home prices and increased rents.

I would recommend always use an attorney to draft your documents and use a title company to close.
