Every aspect of the deal is usually negotiable between me and the person I'm talking to.  9 times out of 10, that person wants to talk about price within the first 15-20 mins of the conversation.  

I really enjoy all aspects of building and homes, and especially turning clients dreams into a reality.

Real estate is very local, so anyone outside of your particular market can give you general advice or strategic advice, but everything varies based on your market and your ability to find the deals.

One appealing aspect of these apartments when we considered them is that they were move in ready and we could sign individual leases.

As far as the units go, anything with 5-8 units we would more or less come in with all cash so we wouldn’t have to deal with the financing aspect, while with the 3-4’s we possibly would go the more traditional route with a residential loan.
