I believe a good remote system should be good enough, but the tenant feeling that they are not checked out is difficult.- Maintenance between tenants, this is doable in my honest opinion, if you can make the call.

I just checked it out and it looks like their basic model is $20/property and their middle package is 1% of revenue, which is not worth it in my opinion.

You can always try check with the city's planning or building & safety departments to see if they have any type of file related to the parcel, and if they do, if there is any due diligence in the file, i.e. soils, etc.
