Is it best to spend the extra money on the higher end appliances since the rest of the house already has them and it would be odd as a rental with a mixed bag of appliances? 

They will come out and measure, then make the new window at their shop, then come out and remove your window and install new one.

For example, if I as an SDI owner, opened up a coffee shop next to Starbucks, I could provide the same qulaity of product and service at a lower cost because I would be tax exempt.
