I really think it is the personal attention & role-playing and weekly ACCOUNTABILITY & MOTIVATION that make coaching a much better option than the weekend guru seminars that charge even more than the coaches do.COLD HARD TRUTH WARNING >>> This is a business with a 90%+ FAILURE RATE over the first year.  

Like so many others, I attended the free guru and the paid three day weekend seminars with my best friend because she needs a career change. 

The number of wholesalers in our area has just about quadrupled in the last 2 years due to all the national real estate investing gurus coming here non-stop for the last couple of years doing their seminars.

Wow, that certainly is an 'interesting' feature there...my first viable thought would be to use another shade of wood and make it look purposeful.
