The fact is, with standard requirements appropriate for the rental (class B, C, or D), most Section 8 folks will self-select out.

I try my best to be selective and avoid guests like you.Key is to have an honest listing. 

I would tell them to pound sand, and I think your rentals will benefit from the new property manager that you select. 

Only a select few residential agents that will physical run numbers and returns for you.

You should always get 2-3 before selecting a contractor and reviewing their scope of work.
