For me its: mail (duh), text, google voice, evernote, google drive, skype, logmein ignition (can remote control my PC desktop from my phone), Genius scan (create PDFs from photos), docusign ink (e-signatures) and notability (can sign PDFs but no e-signature verification).

Made a 6k budget broken down like this:$4000 to our general contractor$1500 Carpet$500 Appliances Looks like we are going to be $200 under budget on the contactor, we saved $530 switching to a new carpet guy so we should be at least $700.And this most likely will be a rental property we will rent and sell after rented (although we will list it to consumers for 2 weeks because our market is red hot right now)..Here are some before pics
