This is just another  " scam" by the city , just like Cleveland for one purpose to raise money they do not give a dam about the kids .  

looking to offer my services in exchange for mentor in the NWI area very bright energetic guy been in auto sales for the past 2 years very fast learner hungry and eager to get started please no guru scams if you are an investor who could use the extra help I think this could be a great opportunity 

I see no rational reason for putting the money up front and "Seasoning it"  When there is no sufficient reason for something like that to me it is a red flag of a scam.

Someone is scamming you or someone at the county has made a big mistake.

Yes, there are scams and gurus that are famous for being famous, but all the lead coaches in the program are $1 million+ annual wholesalers. 

I am not sure if the greenlight loans trying to scam me or what.

Especially with wholesaling, as MOST people dont understand it and explaining it in a way that does not make you sound like some scamming middleman.Here are a few examples:"I'm focused on helping homeowners who are often times in desperate need to sell"  or "I specialize in finding homeowners in trouble and help them solve their problems" Pretty much anything that highlights that you are helping people out, or solving a problem.  

I really don't want to fall for and pay more for a scam/gimmick. 

Scam to sell intrest into a not ready for development project..it will never get the permits..I am very surprised at the negative comments by some posters.
