From time to time, I consider selling a property and ask my CPA what he has as the cost basis so I can understand the tax ramifications. 

But because of rising interest rates, none of the BRRRRs have made financial sense so far.

Here is our current dilemma that I'm hoping someone could provide some insight to: - We both have the funds to purchase the home with cash, but those funds are tied up in CD's until March, so we will need to apply for a loan in the meantime.

Ive heard many times that a millionaires wife is the reason they made it so far.

My guy will be doing the same.Year 3 we plan to make the move together and build (my guy works for a builder so huge discount there)After year 3 and we are settled and married and living in our home and we would have our duplexes we would love to continue into flipping, or BRRRR maybe one per year….
