We have read Lord of my Land (Jay Morrisons), "If You Can't Wholesale After This" (Todd M Fleming) and have done the clever investor training.

If you were true training comes from the business world and you have a law license behind you you could be unstoppable.

@Christopher BlancoYou can find good VA on Upwork, with some training you can get to nice results.

Most of the big box agencies have a pretty decent training system set up to help brand new agents. 

I use Cardone University and I love the training on that platform.

This home is not far from willow glen, south of the city along the Guadalupe river, 900 ft from Tamien station and a 5 min drive or less to San Jose train station and the future Google build:)   Given the above numbers looking to get peoples thoughts on what a good sale price is considering comp cap rates.Not looking for a realtor to represent the sale btw.. sorry. 

I'll go to the 3 day training as I've signed up and paid for it, but one piece of advice I will follow is to leave at noon on the 3rd day as it is in the afternoon of the 3rd day when the pressure to buy the Master program really ramps up. 

But I'm certainly not a trained economist or anything so I wouldn't necessarily take my advice if I were you!
