If unit access is not granted with reasonable notice, issue a Notice of Material Breach. 

They’re so desperate to sell they lost their reasoning.

I quit my job a little over 3 years ago for similar reasons, but I had a plan in place before I quit, so our situations are different. 

There is profit margin to be made if the project is completed but for various reasons, I need to liquidate my capital and can no longer complete the project.

Is there any reason for her to wait on that or is she ok to change it? 

@Grant BoyntonI'd shy from building new for a couple reasons: This is an area where volume and capabilities matter with regards to a brand, ability to sell your product, ability to negotiate favorable terms for sub contractors etc.

I haven’t checked with my insurance company, but if you can say no to pets, no to regular smoking then I don’t need see a reason why you can’t say no to pot...
