I currently have a rehab project underway and it's financed with a hard money lender. There is profit margin to be made if the project is completed but for various reasons, I need to liquidate my capital and can no longer complete the project. What are the options to get out of this project?
Edward, can you give more details about the project? Location? What more needs to be done and how much will it cost? What's the ARV? Your options are to sell to another investor and I'm willing to take a look at it.
