This marketing system would also cost an arm and a leg and likely not be the best for a new agent as they woulden't close enough deals.

The system itself is cool but I had a third party handling a lot of the behind the scene work like what manychat replies to people that inquire. 

Agree mostly with @Yoann DoratIn our opinion, you can do Class C remotely, it's not easy, but NOT Class D.80%+ of property management can be done from anywhere you can get an internet connection - once you set up the proper systems.

In commercial a 30 day close in very fast and it is only possible if you have all of your systems and documentation ready to go from day 1.
