@David M.The ideal way of dealing with that type of situation (or almost any interaction with the public) would be to use a 3rd party rental manager or create an entity to become your rental manager or Operating Company.

This process is pretty straightforward, but it has the added benefit of removing your name from public record on the house - when you are done the property will be owned by "123 Main St Land Trust" instead of your LLC's name or your personal name.You can form this stuff yourself, but people mess this up all the time.

If that doesn't get you anywhere I would start pounding on the PSC (public service commission) They oversee con ed and if you file a PSC complaint it will open their eyes and ears and sometimes gets things done.

Basically they are harassing my tenants by calling the police on them nearly every day for various completely made up reasons, such as drug use, shouting, disturbing the peace, public drunkenness etc.
