Seems like they are just stalling for a better offer to me.Anyone have any techniques I could use to put the pressure on this seller and get them to respond?

Back-taxes of ~$2650 (headed toward tax deed auction, but perhaps not for another month or so because there is no set date yet)Total Liens add up to ~$6,000, without any interest the city may have added since they have been unpaid for a few years - I'm still waiting to hear back on that, but I don't think they were interest bearing liens.

Took care in packing things up, and also took the time to carefully put things back together (like bedroom sets and so on) they may not be the cheapest, but they were great for us.

There's no reason you shouldn't be able to retire by age 40 as long as you make some fundamental early decisions that will set you on the right path.

Since then I've been doing so much better with my goal setting and have been overcoming those silly obstacles in my head.
