A lot of people will probably tell you to just do real estate if that’s where your passion lies and that’s good advice.

* Do I receive video of my pre and post make ready?

I'll go to properties that my clients have interest in, take videos and extra pictures, have a FaceTime session, whatever it takes to help my client get a good feel for the home and if it will work for them..  

This process has stripped me of the thing I am the most passionate about, renovating real estate.

My first "close" was to convince them to board me as a new agent, despite the fact that they hadn't come downstate yet (not on local boards, MLS, etc, so for them to invest in that would require a lot of belief in what I wanted to do).I also started learning about marketing (focusing on digital) for my next book launch and got so passionate about it I contract my services out to local brick and mortar businesses (I will assist with their social media content, write blogs, email campaigns, run their ads, re-do their website, and more). 

The plumber water jetted the line to get it flowing again, but when he scoped it, he said the water jetting is making the line worse because it is pulling rock and sediment into line at a break at some unknown location.I have had several contractors look at the video and all said there is no way to clean the line for a trenchless repair and it will need to be replaced. 

Once I would get a property under contract I would have my agent take a video of the property. 

Great call to action for those who are passionate and have a definite purpose.

Learn and get a piece of the action.Yes, you can learn and start small (long path but common way) or look for out of box ways w/ingenuity, passion and some work to accelerate your way there w/o capital.  

I’m surprised that so few folks on here are looking for video and photography services.
