Currently, i am a general partner of partnerships owning 177 units, but have been involved in the acquisition or development of over 500 units.  

Seeking partnerships with others in all aspects of real estate investment.

For my situation it would be more of a partnership to get my investments started.

In the case of a corporation or partnership, this exclusion does not extend to more than five of the partnership’s partners or the corporation’s officers, nor to the other employes of the partnership or corporation.

We are wondering what the best way to do this is and to set up the partnership.

I know a lot of people seem to invest from a far lately in Milwaukee but I would not do it without finding a local partnership.

You may want to take advantage of the fact that you are in different areas of the country and select one of those areas.A partnership of the same skills, in many cases, makes a partnership unnecessary (or makes for slow growth).  

Little weary about the whole partnership thing so if anyone has any advice I'd love for you to share. 

I have been working on a few possible deals and I wanted to know how to go about reaching possible partnerships for the deals?
